“The hotel's location in the Mala Strana quarter, opposite the Waldstein Gardens, places guests within a UNESCO World Heritage site, providing a unique historical backdrop. I noticed the emphasis on family-friendly activities, which, coupled with personalized service, could make it a good choice for families seeking a luxury experience. While the historic style and proximity to Prague's landmarks are appealing, reports suggest the spa area requires an extra fee, which may not align with all expectations of a 5-star experience.”

Acceptable stay with some issues
additional fee disappointing gym
The hotel was very clean and well maintained and its location is ideal for exploring the city since it is close to the main bridge.
I found the room quite basic, not matching the luxury implied by the name I was also disappointed that the gym or spa were only accessible for an additional fee. This felt excessive, especially given the hotel's supposed 5-star rating. The breakfast was okay but nothing special and brotauswahl was rather schlecht
